The Nurses Day celebration was conducted at Moodlakatte College of Nursing on 12/05/2026 in the college auditorium. The program commenced at 10:00 a.m. and was organized by the Final Year B.Sc. Nursing students with great enthusiasm and coordination. The event was graced by the presence of our respected Principal, Jennifer Frieda Menezes, Vice Principal Mrs. Roopashree K S, SNA Coordinator Mrs. Pavitra, and SNA President DK Rakesh. Their presence added importance and encouragement to the celebration. The program began with a warm welcome to the dignitaries, followed by speeches highlighting the importance of nurses and their valuable contribution to society and healthcare services. The event was conducted based on the theme of International Nurses Day 2026, emphasizing the dedication, compassion, and commitment of nurses in patient care and community health. Various cultural activities and presentations were organized by the students, making the celebration lively and meaningful. The speakers appreciated the hard work and selfless service of nurses and motivated the students to uphold the dignity and ethics of the nursing profession. The program concluded successfully with a vote of thanks, expressing gratitude to all the dignitaries, faculty members, students, and organizers for making the event memorable and successful.
