The IMJ Institutions, Moodlakatte, Kundapura, organized a grand IMJ Health and science Block and Course Inauguration Ceremony on 13th October 2025. The event marked a significant milestone in the institution’s journey with the inauguration of the 6th Batch of B.Sc Nursing, 2nd Batch of Allied Health Sciences, and 1st Batch of Physiotherapy.

The ceremony commenced at 10:00 AM with IMJ Health science Block inaugration ceremony and followed by course inaugration . The gathering are addressed by a warm welcome address by Prof. Jennifer Freeda Menezes, Principal, Moodlakatte College of Nursing.

The Chief Guest of the event Prof. Dr. U.T. Ifthikar Fareed, Chairman, Karnataka State Allied & Health Care Council. In his inaugural address, he emphasized the importance of professionalism, compassion, and commitment in the healthcare field. He appreciated the efforts of IMJ Institutions in providing quality education and facilities to nurture competent healthcare professionals.

The event was graced by the Guests of Honor,

Mr. Nagaraj Shetty, Principal, Excellent PU College, Sunnari, and

Mr. Ganesh Shetty, M.Sc, Principal, Jnanasudha PU College, Manipal.

Both guests shared their insights on the value of education, discipline, and dedication among students pursuing careers in health sciences.

The program was presided over by Dr. S.N Bhat Director Academics IMJ Institutions,
Dr. Ramakrishna Hegde, Principal of Moodlakatte institution of technology and Brand building director of IMJ institution, Prof. Genifer freeda menezes principal moodlakatte college of nursing and Dr. Padmacharan swean Dean physiotherapy and allied health sciences. And the program was conducted by vote of thanks.
