Moodlakatte college of nursing organized “World Kidney day ’’ on 13.3.2025 at Surgeon Hospital , Koteshwara. The programme was hosted by Ms Ayesha Rafeeda 3rd semester B.Sc nursing, the programme was encompassed with the introduction of topic by the host. Dr. Vishweshwara Rao , Surgeon, Surgeon Hospital , koteshwara , Emphasized on the importance of early detection and intervention in preventing and managing kidney disease. Dr Vilas Rao , Surgeon , Mrs Malathi and Mrs Lalitha nursing superintendent ,Older adults , Faculties of surgeon hospital , MCN students and faculties of MCN were present during the event. On this occasion 3rd semester B.Sc nursing students of MCN conducted a session on Health education on ‘‘Kidney diseases ,Diet and kindey donation to the older adults ’’. Ms Ankitha welcomed the gathering and Ms Ayesha proposed the vote of thanks.
