An awareness rally on organ donation and Nashamuktha Abhiyana was organized by the NSS Unit, Organ donation and Nashamutkth Abhiyana committee of Moodlakatte College of Nursing on 27/03/2026, from Basrur PHC to Kandlur. The rally commenced with a ribbon-cutting ceremony inaugurated by Dr. Umesh Nayak, Medical Officer, Koteshwara; Mr. Santhosh Kumar, Head Constable, Kandlur Police Station; Prof. Jennifer Freeda Menezes, Principal, Moodlakatte College of Nursing; Mrs. Roopashree K S, Vice Principal; and Mr. Chandrashekar, NSS Coordinator. The students of Moodlakatte College of Nursing actively and enthusiastically participated in the rally, spreading awareness about the importance of organ donation and the harmful effects of substance abuse. The rally successfully conveyed a strong message to the community, encouraging a healthy and responsible lifestyle.
